It also fully shows the demand for plate heat exchanger is gradually increased. But, fouling often appear in the use process of plate heat exchangers, especially in petroleum processing industry, plate heat exchangers with the oil fouling is happening more than often.

Plate heat exchangers which have fouling will leading a very big lose to the total industrial output value, and the oil fouling is one of the most common and most difficult cleaning fouling.
For example, the heat exchangers in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit and FCC unit is the most easiest scaling equipment in the petroleum refinery, and we use them for cleaning equipment object. The type of fouling are mainly hydrophobic organic compounds membrane oil dirties, normally we are using some oil dissolving reaction material when clean the oil fouling, the frequently-used solvents are petroleum solvents , net halogenated solvents, etc.

To measure a heat exchanger operating condition, in addition to some constant equipment characteristics and its production process, it's also very important to ensure the good conduction space and the total heat transfer efficiency as well as the neatness of the heat transfer surface.
